Our Story    
The Journey began in 2014 - 2015 when the need was felt to establish a high-quality audio-visual media brand to amplify creativity and local narratives of communities living in Central India. A group of experienced professionals, journalists, and intellectuals came together to form a multimedia production company named Johar Times Media Private Limited. 
The services included are multifunctional web broadcast services, high-quality organizational video documentation, Ad films production, audio-visual post-production, graphic design, publishing, journalism, and research support. The objective was also to attract youth talents at the regional level and provide standard audio-visual services to cater to the needs of clients of various orientations. 
Thus, we officially registered Johar Times Media Pvt Ltd in 2019 as an enterprise initiative under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013).
Aspirational Journey

Fund-driven enterprises like Media Houses and other Institutions often prefer the objectives of the fund providers. This somehow misses the most needed local requirements, needs, aspirations, unseen or hidden cultural ethics, ethos, and obligations of the masses. So in order to avoid the trickle-down approach and to foster Democratic principles it was unanimously decided to inculcate these fundamental principles into this journey. 

The initiative thus keeps local aspirations, its social and cultural values, and its approach to fostering the Multimedia, Journalism, Event Management, Research & Development, Consultancy services for Development projects and Film Making  opportunities to local talent. Also this applies to create Entrepreneurship and Income Generating  opportunities for the local talents in the communities and their reflection  on local issues , subjects and importance.

The inception of JOHAR TIMES MEDIA PVT. LTD. is to sustain News, Multimedia and infotainment services while rendering aid to regional issues and communities. To carry out and facilitate developmental programs attributing social welfare as its core objectives.

Departments, Govt. Aegis, Civil Society Organizations, etc. The Social unit undertakes Development Projects while  JOHAR TIMES MEDIA PVT. LTD provides technical support to disseminate the information in related sectors.

With a view to promote democratic strengthening with Constitutional Values  JOHAR TIMES MEDIA PVT. LTD is also emphasizing to promote Community Journalism to CBOs. This voluntary initiative will provide Media communication tools for the mass population. Vise-versa the Capacity Building process of the Community can be envisaged through Journalism.
