Eight Road Projects Worth Rs.9,000 Crore in Jharkhand

At the start of the new year eight road projects worth Rs.9,000 crore to be launched in Jharkhand said Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Monday.

The project includes four-lane bridge over the Ganga at Sahebganj district worth of Rs.2,110 crore, which will be rolled out next month by union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari,” Das told media on the occasion of completing one year in office.

The bridge will serve as link for people travelling between Jharkhand and Bihar as well as Jharkhand and West Bengal.

Further, state government has able to resolve to take governance to last person of the state, Das added. He also said that government will not compromise on the issue of corruption and ensure transparent governance to the people. All promises made to the people would be fulfilled over five years of his government, he told to media.
