Lele Sahu of Pahari cheetah gang surrendered before the Superintendent of Police Rajiv Ranjan Singh in Simdega on February 19. Sahu surrendered before the police with arms and ammunition, which includes two country made rifles and eleven live round cartridge.

The alleged kigpin Lele Sahu was involved in 28 cases including 13 murders, besides loot, extortion and possession of arms. Following the surrender of Sahu, the existence of Pahari Cheetah gang came to an end, claimed Singh.

The wanted criminal has the reward money of Rs. 20,000 on his arrest. However, the Superintendent of Police handed over Rs. 20,000 in addition of Rs. 5000 to him on his surrender.
