Panihati Municipality of West Bengal has released a notification inviting eligible candidates for the posts of Clerk, Driver, Peon, Mazdoor, Helper and TCS. Last date for sending the application is February 26, 2016.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

Clerk and TCS: The candidates should have passed Madhyamik or equivalent from any recognised board and should have good knowledge in Computer application.

Driver: Candidates should be Class 8 pass with valid driving license.

Mazdoor and Helper: Candidates should be Class 8 pass and have the ability to read and write in Bengali and Hindi. Age limit:

The upper age limit of the candidates must not exceed 40 years as on August 31, 2015. However, the age relaxation will be applicable upto 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection process:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
