Jharkhand’s Government School to be Equipped with ‘Smart Class’

Government schools in Jharkhand will soon have ‘Smart Class’ for imparting education to the children. Neera Yadav, Education Minister of Jharkhand told the Assembly on Tuesday that ‘Smart Class’ in government schools is being introduced in a phased manner.

In a written reply education minister told that first phase of ‘Smart Class’ was introduced in 203 Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls Schools and there are plans to introduce the same in other schools in a phased-manner.

Further, answering the question of BJP MLA Biranchi Narayan in bringing the standard of education between government and private schools on par, Yadav appealed to all the MLAs to adopt one government school each improving the standard of education in government schools.
